This year marked a pivotal moment for us as we officially moved into our new space located in Sunset Hills, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. While we began operating in the new location earlier this year, receiving our full occupancy permit in late November was a significant milestone. Now, we shift focus towards outfitting our experiential showroom to offer a one-of-a-kind interactive buying experience, both in-person and online.
Our new space provides inspiration and education about possibilities that inspire and help people make better decisions when designing and building their homes.
Throughout 2024, we worked hard to streamline our processes from sales, through design, to implementation and service, including internal and external communications. We scrubbed our client database and had a few mis-fired emails along the way (thank you for your patience!) while we settled into our new platform. We also introduced iPoint, our new project management and billing software for smoother operations. Digital enhancements included with the launch of our brand-new website, providing more information to our design-build community through our ever-growing resource database. The site also includes a dedicated page for our sales process so you know what to expect, including an opportunity to prioritize your scope and budget while dreaming big!
This year brought significant challenges and reminders for the world, particularly regarding network security. With several high-profile data breaches and a growing reliance on digital systems, it’s clear that investing in secure, robust networks is paramount. ‘Peace of Mind’ goes beyond traditional alarm systems, including home network security, serviced and safeguarded against potential threats. To provide the best residential home networks for smart home systems, our team expanded their knowledge of networks, with two technicians on our team earning their Residential Networking Certification from CEDIA, the industry association for smart home professionals.
Mid-last year, we brought Bang & Olufsen (B&O) into our product lineup after coveting the line for years! Since our showroom was not complete, we held two pop-up B&O events where the design community and end users could visit for a look and a listen. Our first event was at Dana King – Design Build Remodeling in the spring and the second was held this fall at Schaub Projects, both local trade partners and friends we enjoy working alongside. This year, we look forward to hosting a dedicated listening event, with special promotions, giveaways, and more! Please email us to be added to our B&O interest list to receive event information.

One of the most exciting things to look forward to in 2025 is the grand opening of our experiential showroom. This isn’t a place to buy technology-in-a-box: it’s an interactive experience where you can see, touch, and imagine how technology can fit into your lifestyle and home decor. Unlike traditional retail spaces, we won’t have boxes on shelves with thousands of products to choose from... Instead, we’ll create a personalized journey where you can relax with drinks and snacks while exploring how smart lighting, audio, and other intelligent systems can transform your home.
Our design center highlights the importance of lighting design, including proper fixture selection, placement, color temperature, and dimmability. We have partnered with leading-edge brands like Ketra by Lutron, DMF, and Proluxe linear lighting to bring intelligent and beautiful solutions into our clients’ homes.
