Integration Controls Co-Founder and CEO Named a 2022 St. Louis Titan 100

Integration Controls Co-Founder and CEO Named a 2022 St. Louis Titan 100

Jamie Briesemeister, co-founder and CEO of Integration Controls, has been named a 2022 Titan 100. The prestigious award recognizes St. Louis’ top 100 CEOs and C-level executives for their exceptional leadership, vision, and passion in their respective fields. Along with outreach work, Jamie and her team of experienced and dedicated home technology professionals at Integration Controls, have helped thousands of people throughout St. Louis and beyond lead better lives through curated technologies, connected by design.

“Having lived and worked in the St. Louis area for the past 22 years, winning an award of this caliber is very special,” Briesemeister says. “It’s quite an honor to be celebrated along with 99 other passionate industry leaders and for Integration Controls to be recognized for its role in the community. We’re more than just a provider of smart technology products; we’re a full-service home technology integration specialist that delivers design/easy-to-use solutions that enrich the experience of living at home, enhancing comfort, convenience, efficiency, and enjoyment of today’s smart - and integrated - technology. By partnering with architects, builders, and designers, homeowners are able to build technology into their homes in a way that will stand the test of time, knowing they have a partner who will be there for service after the sale.”

Although the Titan 100 award symbolizes excellence, Briesemeister notes that she and the team at Integration Controls are always pursuing new ways to improve and advance for the good of their business and ability to serve the evolving needs of the design/build community. “Two of the core values at Integration Controls include an ‘innate drive for excellence’ and to be ‘knowledge seeking’,” she says. “As we hone our skills in the field of smart home technology and connected homes, it’s also increasingly important to be a forever educator to our clients and industry partners. Big brands, large marketing campaigns, and YouTube all lead to confusion over what is right for a person, problem, or project. This is where we step in as a trusted advisor – a friendly yet knowledgeable Titan of the industry to ensure your investment in smart home technology is well-spent - and thoroughly enjoyed!”

The Titan 100 honor comes on the heels of several other distinguished awards granted to Briesemeister and Integration Controls. Briesemeister was recently appointed to the executive committee of CEDIA, the Global Association for the Home Technology Industry. She is the first female vice chairperson and the highest-ranking woman in the history of CEDIA’s board.

Additionally, a home systems project completed by Integration Controls was named a Silver Award winner in CE Pro’s coveted Home of the Year contest, 2021. This award-winning project, which showcases the harmonious fusion of modern technologies into a historic home, was also featured in Technology Designer and on a recent episode of Design Uncut

Community outreach is key to staying connected, thus Integration Controls is a member of several influential build/design committees and organizations, including the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association (CEDIA), the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Locally and nationally in both small groups and large discussions, she presents CEUs and other educational information about the smart home industry to promote best practices and collaboration, offering insights on technology trends that impact a busy lifestyle. This has earned her and Integration Controls the reputation of a progressive, engaging, knowledgeable, and trusted resource for St. Louis homeowners, designers, architects, and builders as they navigate a challenging home buying and building marketplace. As well, her professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to collaborate, partner, and align with others for the common good of the community are an inspiration to young women throughout the area and certainly, throughout the custom home technology industry.

Jamie is happy to share her story or speak at events where her experience, expertise, and insights might help others create more tech-inclusive projects, connect with other professionals in their field, or explore a career in the residential technology industry.
